Corey, Leann, and Ezra Boyd are moved in and have hit the ground running. Though they may not see it as such, one of the biggest sacrifices the Boyd’s have made was leaving a beautiful house downtown in the historic district of Clarksville. The sell of their house would sure them up to serve in NYC for at least 2 years. WE NEED THEIR HOUSE TO SELL! If you know of anyone who may be interested, please send them the link to the house. Please pause and say a prayer right now, that their house would sell and God would provide for all of their needs as they serve in New York City.
Also pray for their transitions of having a baby. Leann will fly back to Clarksville to teach for a few weeks and then have their 2nd child. Insurance and maternity leave factors are major factors in her coming to TN for the birth…needless to say she will need much encouragement while in TN. Be sure to reach out to Leann in August if you are in Clarksville.
The summer is blazing by though the days are rather mild here in New York. City Uprising was tremendous! God used the Gallery church and 270 friends from around the country to engage in 40 ministry sites and help test over 1800 for HIV. Bridges for the gospel were built by the dozen’s. It was great to see so many familiar faces from Clarksville, Louisville, and other places. Great Job to all who joined with us. City Uprising 2010 dates are on the calendar: Jun 27-30. Make plans to bring a group…sign ups begin September 1st.
